I did a training ride today to prepare for my century next month. I originally planned to go 75 miles but I had some trouble with the route. Next time I need to take more plain water. Ran out of plain water before I ran out of Gatorade. Need to think about what sort of food to bring; maybe some sort of salty snack. I also need to be more careful applying sunblock. I missed some areas and got some sunburn.
